  Shipping  
  Romantic Adventures ships your purchase discreetly with no reference to "Lingerie or Adult Items" on the outside of the package. The label reads simply T.R.C. Items shipped directly from our vendors are equally discreet. Standard shipping is by US Postal Service priority mail, UPS, and FedEx.

Because we appreciate “you” the customer we offer shipping at the lowest possible price. In most cases you can expect delivery in 5 to 7 business days. Occasionally, some items may take 7 to 10 business days. Every effort is made to ship your purchase as soon as possible. We at Romantic Adventures work hard to keep the inventory status in our online store as up-to-date as possible. In the event that an item you’ve ordered is out of stock we will do everything in our power to get that item to you promptly and will notify you via email. We try to ship all orders complete, but occasionally we can ship partial orders when we know that an item will be backordered. Again, we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed.
  
 
  Returns
  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund. All returns must be preceded with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) which may be obtained by telephone at (888) 783-9992 or e-mail us at orders@romantic-adventures.com. Romantic Adventures will then reply with shipping instructions. Items returned without an RMA will not be considered for return. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Provided the merchandise has not been worn, damaged, or altered and that all labels and tags are in tack, you may exchange or refund the merchandise within 10 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Romantic Adventures or one of our suppliers. Please note that returns for refunds or for item substitution are charged a 15% re-stocking fee.

For your protection health regulations prevent us from exchanging returned bottoms such as G-strings, thongs, boxers, underwear, or any other garment that includes a panty. This includes two-piece sets that have bottoms with them, also body stockings and nylons. Costumes are not refundable, but may be exchanged for "in stock" sizes only. The only exception is a defective item, which must be returned within 10 days of delivery. All "on sale" items are non-refundable.

  
   
  Privacy - Personal & Credit  
  All credit and personal information provided to Romantic Adventures is considered highly confidential and is thus protected. We never sell, share, or trade that information with anyone at anytime, Ever!  
 
 
  Fraud  
  Credit card fraud is a felony and we will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. We track every transaction and will use every means available to prosecute persons attempting fraud.

  Sales Tax
